Get out ASAP as your time will come. No loyalty at Forest as evidenced by the multiple posts and my personal experience. Unless you are a premier butt kisser you will be gone. Hard work is irrelevant.
 






Actually, reps can extend their stay at Forest by not working hard and instead sending lots of voicemails and emails to appear as though you are working. This also benefits the mgrs by appearing to motivate their reps to "work" hard. What a complete and utter joke.

Reps and mgrs,
watch out for the lazy reps that will stay close to the mgrs to point out how little everyone else works when in actuality they are the biggest slacker on the team. They will typically send a lot of emails and voicemails and not Di much of anything in the field. Ironic what gets rewarded at forest.
