Something fishy in the N FL....

many good reps forced out or left bc of the HORRIBLE work environment, SE and N FL is a mess

one of the main culprits (TG-D) has "retired", aka forced out due to liability reasons for all the pending lawsuits

replacement was decided months ago when that person was promoted over 4 more qualified reps

Obviously the current approach isn't working very well. I just wonder how long it takes for Sr people to realize it. As Phil would say....how's that working for ya? Maybe poor morale and high turnover pays for forest? At least it makes the managers on up look busy.

Obviously Forest is out of touch with its field force and allowing its mgrs to lead through fear which is has proven to be ineffective. Wake up forest HR and stop hiding behind the bs evals and letters reps are forced to sign.

Those DMs were bush league. If they knew what they were doing they would have asked Duane to meet them at 7 in the parking lot behind Denny's and said "Boy this here ain't working' out. I'm gonna give you three weeks, I ain't gonna look for you and you shouldn't look for me. It's time for you to look for another job." That's the way it works in the south. "If that bulb don't light you gotta change it.

I think the DMs should be able to get all of the lagging docs to Rx. Then there would be no excuses and we are all accountable. Move the doc DMs and if you can't then I guess you should go since you have no impact? We are all on the same team right.
