You are 1 out of 2. Yes horrible mgt from top to bottom. Drug is not good it's avg. No worse or better than anything else on the market in HDD CKD. Biggest issue is pricing in this market place and marketing messages. That extra "iron is a benefit" messaging at launch was the kiss of death.

You could blame leadership for a lot of problems last year, such as a bad forecast, lousy ic plan or the bad initial hires in the sales force. But at this pointing the drug doesn't perform, it is all on the sales force.

Clearly you're from last year.... That's not the messaging. Coverage is MUCH better than last year and it cost less than non-generic competition. As for IC, I can't complain. I did well.

They vest immediately and they carry the worth of the company that buys us.

Mgmt wants to continue to pull their inflated checks--those will go away when you're all let go after an acquisition (like an acquiring company is going to keep you?) Plus, the longer mgmt keeps this nothingness going, the more RSUs and options they can grant to themselves. If/when--big if/when--the company gets bought, they will have those nice salaries for however long they've kept up this charade. If the company goes bust, they still got paid their annual "few hundred grand," while you'll have a bunch of worthless grants and whatever meager comp you've saved. So, yeah, I know how it works.

Good lord.. you people still think this place will be acquired? Whats the value of Auryxia in the marketplace? All shares with the exception of C level and a few handful of employees and institutional investors are significantly under water. They could sell at a low low price and still make $$. 98% of the people here cannot. Keep thinking a buyout is coming. Without the 30MM that was given last year this place would almost be underwater itself.

For the same reason when you left your previous company you aslo went to that same page for a period of time. Face the facts and be truthful. You did it too.

There were a few top performers that left last year but there were a lot of you that were running because of your crappy numbers and were on a plan or about to be put on a plan. You sound like one of the bottom feeders. Not hating, I will leave when I'm ready for a better opportunity. Where did you go? Relypsa? Big pharma? How's that working out for you? Not well since you're still trolling the Keryx board.

Nope didn't go to either. Went to small pharma with a small increase in my base and bonus but a huge increase in QOL and leadership. The difference between me and you is that I left on my own terms, you, you will be forced out in the near future. It's inevitable. WE all know everyone is trying to leave but those of you left ther can't get out unless you quit.

BTW STOP trying to position yourself like you are doing well here, we all know that you are struggling just like 95% of the sales team here. Besides, once you leave you can come back on these boards and read your own posts asking why people come back to the boards of there former companies and then feel like an idiot.

I just don't understand why someone who supposedly went to the perfect size company (which I call BS on), with slightly better pay and better QOL would continue to come on here on a Friday afternoon. Just bizarre, dude.

And you are wrong about all your thoughts above. Leaving on my own accord for a better opportunity. I didn't have to RUN like you did because you were about to be placed on a PIP or fired. I was able to wait for the right opportunity and not the first one that came my way. And trust me, when I am gone I won't be trolling the Keryx board on Fridays like you, loser.
