She is the biggest phony out there...and I think she knows it. That is why she struggles so much with authenticity.
 








How many lives has the "thought leader" transformed in a positive way since staring their motivational empire? Far fewer than they destroyed through their piss poor leadership, backstabbing approach and incompetence. It's relevant and it's never going away btw

The first thing she needs to do is take a self awareness course...she is utterly clueless and lacks any trace of emotional intelligence.
 
























OMG this thread exists! She sent us her 'sizzle reel' in an attempt to speak at our NSM for an oncology biotech startup. We watched it, she then pitched us via Zoom and it was amazingly bad. She is an absolute mess. Then one of the folks on the NSM Planning Team heard of her time at Alkermes (a company most of us never heard of) and we then googled it and this thread came up. Wow! Learned she got fired from Onyx, which is a company we respected back in the day and that was it for her. We asked a few folks that worked at Onyx and it confirmed what we all saw.

For the first 10 minutes we truly couldn't figure out if she was for real or it was all an act. If she was some Charles Charles parody or something. She may be the cheesiest person in an industry filled with cheese. It was just so bad...so funny that this thread does indeed exist. After being pitched by her I can see why

Thanks for the laughs...Alkermers must be a joy of a company to work for is she is/was the 'talent' you hire.
