Somebody Please Tell Me What the Long-Term reps do! ?!

IT is like the wild, Reps hate hospital reps, all managers and probably LTC Kams because they cross function a lot and they all have higher ranks. All Kams hate each other and think each other are all stupid. Managers also dislike the RD's who in turn cant stomach the managers and most of the reps. Senior management tolerates everyone and really does not care what happens as long as their job is not affected. So what you will get is reps hating on all of the KAMs and FLM's, they are all talking about the reps and the RD's, the RD's cursing everyone and the senior management just cashing in stock and rolling in their cash. So maybe we shouldnt hate on eachother and look for new jobs?
