Honesty? Sure. In 2015-2018 This was a great place with a couple solid helpful products. In 2022 it’s a ridiculous joke. R&D is a clown show, nothing truly useful on horizon and In 2 years mist of Onc will be history. Sales leadership is immoral and wannabe’s kicked aside by real companies. Senior management is a goat rodeo and revolving door. There hasn’t been a NALT member resignation for three months so that’s good. HR head is a psycho moron. She thinks wokester bullcrap is a substitute for actually knowing how to recruit and retain talent. As far as R&D, what can you say about a company that hasn’t gotten a novel compound from its own pipeline approved in 13 years? It’s all great other than that though.

The company peaked a while back. Somatuline has begun its long downward spiral. Palovarotene will likely never get approved. Onivyde has flatlined. Dysport - well, what can you even say about that?
 






I launched Somatuline and it wasn't that great even then with the crazy needle. Can't believe people are still relying on that dog of a drug to put food on their tables.
 












Worst culture ever. People put into leadership positions because someone says it’s their turn, not because they are qualified. Everyday there are multiple resignations and many more are to be expected with the current leadership team. It’s all who you know at this company. Don’t waste your time, and go work elsewhere like everyone already at Ipsen is doing.

Ipsen HR is not to be trusted. Sleeping your way to the top seemed to work here and now she has her little yes people doing the dirty work. Pay can be good, but we are no longer getting top talent. Like most companies, talent is a mix of good and bad. I think the good are just comfortable while the bad, well, are just bad.

Instead of me too she says who's next. This HR group is the most deceitful vial group I have ever worked with. It was not like this in Basking Ridge. Must be something in the water.
