If it’s diversity you’re after, why just African Americans? And why only leadership positions? It sounds like you don’t really care about diversity; you just care about power for people who look like you. That sounds like racism to me.

There is a small number of black people in Commercial at Biogen and even fewer Latinos. But, the white boys talk like the whole place is overrun by underqualified blacks, Latinos, and women. And then they come on this board and whine about how daddy ruined the company and it is all the fault of anyone not male and white.

Do you know the horrible racism the US experienced through the 1950's? It never went away. Look in the mirror buddy -- you are the modern-day KKK.

I’m not sure where you’re seeing all the posts you refer to, but it’s rarely on here. This board has way more posts from you (or those of a similar thought) who attack white people solely because of the color of their skin. I’m not sure the majority of people see the world only through the lens of race like you do. For you, if someone does something bad, AND they are white, it must be BECAUSE they are white. Sorry, but I don’t agree with that type of racist rhetoric. There are good and bad people of all races and creeds, and it’s NOT their skin color that makes them good or bad. Only racists thinks that’s the case. And comments like yours above are part of the problem, not the solution.

And, if you think things haven’t changed since the 1950s, you just have an ignorance of history and of present day.

CEO’s across the country are finally standing up to the woke craziness of employees! Netflix made it very clear to their people that they are sick and tired of woke employees disrupting the company and causing problems. Finally, they see it’s bad for business!

You’re right - except for your posts, there are very, very few racist rants on here. That speaks volumes about the people who work here, as well as speaks volumes about you. You seem to stand almost completely alone in thinking that someone’s skin color makes them less or more of a person. I hope reading some of these posts has help you realize that hating people because of how they look is a bad thing. You should stop doing it.

Hopefully, it will go the way of “Columbus Day” soon. He didn’t discover shite. Never understood how you can “discover” something and people already there. The ultimate entitlement and Lie.

Im not sure you understand the 4th of July. It’s a day to celebrate the signing of Declaration of Independence - the birthdate of the USA. It has nothing to do with slavery and/or freedom. I think it’s safe to say that we’ll keep celebrating it, no matter how much you hate the country you live in. If you’re interested in history, I’d encourage to actually read about history. It makes you look less dumb.

I’d encourage you to go read a history book at some point. 7th grade or higher will probably do. I think there’s a lot for you to learn. Hopefully, you’re willing to learn it. Best of luck to you.
