Just a smokescreen to distract you as they stuff their pockets and fail miserably. Im sure they will get more pay-to-play awards from all the organizations that sell DEI rankings as a business.

Maybe they’ve decided that how you look isn’t important in a leadership role. It’s more about who you are and what you do. I know you DEMAND that more people look like you, but that stinks of racism. Perhaps they’ve decided not to be a racist company.

The Demographic shift will cause change by sheer numbers. White Boys never give up Power without being forced to.

Not sure anyone deserves to inherit this disaster as leadership. Sounds like being setup to fail.
 












Why is Minita no longer listed on leadership team? How will the diversity view on all decisions be heard? And it is crucial to every decision as we have all been indoctrinated.

Not inclusive. Not at all.

Guess they didnt think training in social work was foundational to making terrible decisions on a biotech lt.

Maybe a demographic shift will result in change. Is that good or bad? If it was a black guy or Mexican woman making the same decisions, would that somehow make it better? Being smart or being dumb isn’t defined by your looks - there are smart and dumb people of all shapes, sizes, origins, and creeds. Whoever might be next, let’s just hope they do a better job running the company. But, I’m pretty sure skin color isn’t the problem with our current leaders. I’ve yet to see a decision anyone has made that is a by product of how they look.
 












Lets continue to remain steadfast and focus on our goals of increasing diversity in the company. We clearly need more african american leadership through out the org. Lets make this a priority now
