So, who's your first pick in your Fantasy Football League?

Pretty sad, of all the things we could discuss that would be relevant to the work we do/need to do. But instead we will attack someone personally with false accusations. Nice example of the insecurity rampant in this place. GR was our fantasy football chairman by the way and it was one of the best culture building activities we had.

FF one of the best culture building activities is indicative of how poor the Pacira culture is and how desperate a handful of ineffective managers are/were.

What’s pathetic is the best compliment an ass-hurt RD can offer is his boss organized a FFL. That says it all.

Tim says hi.

Pacira culture has always been cliquish, misogynistic, non-supportive, and petty.

It has to be said that a positive FFL culture only lasts 18 weeks. So indicative of the Pacira’s short-sighted, myopic thinking. That starts at the top.

You sound like a real peach. Loser.

When I read this I almost threw-up in my mouth. Here's how to build culture.

1. Build shared values
2. Invest in diversity, inclusion, and belonging programs
3. Ground your culture in mutual trust
4. Distribute responsibility where appropriate
5. Increase clarity to reduce silos
6. Build great hiring and on-boarding process

Pacira has failed miserably when compared to this list. Fantasy Football is not on the list. What an asinine statement. Anyone want to bet this guy's an RD?

Another failure is not establishing a Manager Track Program for potential leaders. Success in sales does mean one can lead. Another miss by Dave and the Stooges.

Easy now. Was being facetious about FF being culture building. Obviously we can all agree there is a lot of work that needs to be done to improve Pacira’s Culture.

This best part of this brain draining post is the fact that you think an actual manager would be on here talking about fantasy football hahahahahaha…what a moron. Go get a job.

You've exposed yourself. To think ADs and RDs aren't or haven't looked at CF confirms your lack of awareness or sense of reality. With 100% confidence you can assured managers have looked at these threads. Your naivete is evident.

Also, why get a real job, I have the best part time job here. Plus, two side hussles.

How stupid are you? I never said managers don’t come on here. I’m sure they do. I said you were a moron for thinking they’d be on here talking up fantasy football. Now I think you’re even more of a moron due to your obvious inability to read and comprehend a couple of simple sentences.

Only think getting exposed is you and the other losers on here when you circle-hate-jerk each other off thinking about some dude who probably isn’t even your manager. Sad and pathetic.

If you have to explain what you meant on separate two posts you aren't writing clearly. And, how many times have you used the word pathetic. Now that's pathetic.

Justin has always been overly sensitive. A truly insecure person. Maybe that's why he's alone.

What’s a side “hussle”?
