So what's the scoop on PIP? would Genoptix fire someone after a 3 month PIP, when the whole company is NOT making the numbers? What % of the sales force would be gone then? What a waste of investment and training to fire people!! Not sure if they do that any more?
 






It all depends on the reasons for a PIP. If its not just related to numbers and you did complete everything you had to. i dont believe you would get fired. If that is not the case, you might. That's what my manager has said.
 






If you are on a PIP and are not looking full time for a new job then you are too stupid for words.

If you are below 80% and not making any bonus money but yet to be PIP'd look out and see above. And if you are an Obama supporter just continue to HOPE things will get back and I'm sure they will -- just like the economy Stupid.
 












How many months was LB below 80%? Never knew this. Would have been good info before DM interviewing began. I LO look-a-like- hopefully not same management style for you FL people.
