Permission to fly? Have you seen the territories? They’re several states in some /most areas. Think they expect you to travel straight 7-10 days, driving around ur territory? Think “day” flights/trips will be allowed? . I’ve had big territories - but only needed “permission” to fly only when drive was less then +3 hrs each way. Do you believe gas is included in that amount ? ($622- after taxes). Would you still get the govt. assigned .56.5 cents per mile on top of $750 - and gas reimbursement? Never had car allowance b4- always company cars - hope to hear soon.

Yes you do get mlg as well.
I asked for over 150k and I have rare disease experience and they asked if I would do lateral, I said no and haven’t heard back, fyi. Good luck.
