You exposed yourself. You are either dumb or complicit. Perhaps both. When white guys, over 50, are not hired, it isn’t because they got beat out by a better or smarter “diverse” candidate. You guys are all “well-proven,” and assumed qualified. Right? “Woke” companies and managers would lose money, their reputations and their own future to check a box. Is that your argument, genius?
Check the performance and background of 5 random non-white guys and compare to your poor disadvantaged team of well-proven rocket scientists. Also, if what you are saying is true, wouldn’t they NOT bury the fact that underrepresented folks were disproportionately impacted (something they admit in private)? If anything the specific groups of people who are over-represented are white women and white men, regardless of age. Or can you not do math? White women have benefited most from affirmative action. Those gains primarily go to the same white households who never practiced fair competition to begin with.
So which is it? Are you really a moron or are you complicit in this false narrative of the disadvantaged white guy?
