yeah, the truth sucks. the last thing Zoll management wants is for the employees to share information.

btw poster, business aside, you have to live with yourself. some believe in ethics, others in conscience, others just telling the truth. I hope your spouse and kids forgive the lies you tell.

What lies is he going to tell? Hell manage expenses and admin tasks just like every new manager. He will tell his ream he is going to learn the process and the disease state. He will try and tackle any insurance issues with the one or two people Zoll has anointed to tackle the reimbursement issues. After wasting his reps time with a letter writing campaign by physicians in the territory, he will find out that the insurance company already reviewed the Lifevest 3 months ago, and declared it investigational. This will be news to him, because he was not informed by our cracker jack reimbursement letter writing team, that we were declined. He will meet with customers and bring NO value,
because he never learned the process and disease state. He will get blown out of the water by an EP who will never want to talk to him again. So I ask....what lies will he tell?

its an interesting phenomenon. Recruiters for this company really embellish at a level that I have not seen. I do not work at Zoll, but started following this board after I was contacted for a Directors position. Interestingly enough, the comp being touted was a package worth $275-300K and it appears that in actuality, its is no where near that. it also appears that the product has no compelling clinical data and that selling this concept is more than just a challenge. Happy to be where I am and not part of this group!
 






WTF are you people talking about? The RM (now AD) in St. Louis is female and has no spouse or kids. Clearly all of you are really "in the know" about this region. I don't think there has been ANY turnover in the region either except some psycho reps in Springfield/Peoria.
