Nothing is harder about this job than surviving the company. It is antiquated, ignorant, outside industry standards. They simply make it up as they go. Saying they are apathetic towards the field is generous. There is actual disdain.

A touch of disdain is likely because the field force is only a temporarily relevant bunch of schmucks who could never cut it in house. What a joke? Oh I'm sorry, your wife is a nurse?! Oh maybe your manager should kiss your hiney!! You are WORTHLESS!! Soon to be replaced by a formulary and a shoe salesman (for fitting of course) ...
