SO LONG JOE!

Agree with most (some are just poor taste) of the comments here. Lots of smiles in Deerfield today. I wouldn't be surprised if Heather is the next CEO. The entire leadership team/c suite needs an overhaul.

These clowns have made so many mistakes that have royally screwed this company.

Bye bye Low Joe
The leftovers are in a miserable conditions and whosoever takes over the CEO tittle will have to do heavy lifting. Don’t get excited, shit on the roof will start falling on us. The hole is so big that no one can fill it too soon. Running a BU and company is different ball game. It’s an acid test for HK and I wouldn’t be surprised if she fails to deliver as her pedigree is of a sales rep. All the women are getting excited in the room as if they will be liberated from the men’s world. Take a break girls, don’t be so excited too soon, love Jeane M

Red lipsticks , they will first get rid of advance surgery. Steve Wallace. Start counting your days. You have too created a mess of it

Steve Wallace has irreparably mismanaged Advanced Surgery, firing skilled knowledgable individuals who voiced concerns and replacing them with personal acquaintances (VF). The results speak for themselves.

The business has reached a point of no return, with no viable path to recovery.

Couldn’t agree more.

Additionally many comments on DEI, when there is evidence of zero understanding of what this is.

As you said, do better.
Joe may have contributed to fail Baxter company but so did the board keeping him on for so long, and also the board ruined it when they all voted to approve Hillrom purchase which is the one of the worst failing decisions Baxter made in recent years.
I am not so sure he was fired, but certainly he was "retired" sooner than expected.
When one talks about DEI, I think to some extent there were new hires who were on-boarded under a bit of weird circumstances where qualifications were lacking. Also, some handling of recognitions and rewards are questionable as well, but all that sometimes happens in the companies that have no DEI. One thing is for sure, people are leaving because of the feel that Baxter is a sinking ship.

show us where the mean persons words hurt u and lets get u tucked back into your safe space
No safe space needed… not my style at all.

I’m talking about ever post that said Joe should crawl back to disease infected Brazil. That was a BS comment and tells me there are some low IQ individuals here.
