If Takeda is such a great place, why are all the reps miserable?

Before 2010,Takeda WAS the best place to be,but now is a cesspool of deception,loss of integrity and professionalism,and has in genereal doomed itself to fade away very soon.The nutbags in management have ruined it forever.
