So it looks like we are all good through Q1?

Dear Colleagues,

I hope all of you had a restful holiday season and are energized for a successful 2015.

As we begin the new year, I would like to inform you about a change on my senior management team. Deepak Nath, Vice President, Molecular Diagnostics, will transition to Abbott Vascular as Vice President, Commercial. Deepak has done an excellent job leading the launch of IRIDICA and helping to shape the strategic direction of our Molecular business. We wish him well in his new assignment.

Andrea Wainer who is currently Divisional Vice President and General Manager, Abbott Animal Health, will assume management of Abbott Molecular and Ibis as Vice President, Molecular Diagnostics, reporting to me. Andrea successfully reinvigorated the Animal Health organization and developed a long-term growth strategy for the business. Previously, she held several leadership roles within our former U.S. pharmaceutical business. She earned her undergraduate degree in business from Washington University in St. Louis and her Master's in Business Administration from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Andrea will be based at the Molecular headquarters in Des Plaines, Illinois, and will transition with Deepak during the next several weeks.

Please join me in congratulating Andrea and Deepak on their new roles.

Regards,

"revigorated" and "long term growth strategy"? Are we talking about the same place?

First our quality person and now AW, but I'm sure AW posted for that position before the announcement so it's all okay.

The right thing to do would be for all of us to be able to start posting and interviewing IMMEDIATELY. Fair is fair and HR is not being fair. How can the DVP who led the business be allowed to leave, but the rest of us can't even apply? We are more important to the division than our leadership?

I need to review those FAQs that HR sent out, but I'm pretty sure they mentioned that all AAH employees were not eligible to look at other Abbott or Abbvie opportunities until after close. It didn't call out any exceptions, did it? Seems like an EEOC violation to me. Time to lawyer up!

Well, you all got f'ed! Big surprise...I don't know who the worst of the bunch is, Andrea for being the self serving b!tch that she is or Capek for continually promoting the person that drove the final stake into the ground?
"reinvigorated the Animal Health organization and developed a long-term growth strategy for the business"...ha ha ha She's a joke. Worse than even...Lynn.

Any Zoetis leadership out there reading? Be kind to the rest of us and let us look for jobs inside so we can support our families. If you haven't offered us a spot by now, at least show us some courtesy since our current leadership is running out the exit door.
