Here’s the bottom line.
In at least half the cases, Sun can only hire sub-par people, then they can’t leave because no one else will hire them. Those that could leave, already did.
What’s left has to stay, no where else to go.

Total bullshit comment. Everyone has reasons for staying and going and has zero to do with talent.
Several RSMs took members of their team when they left if there were openings, others went back to UCB, others left and those divisions dissolved so those folks weren't better off, others stay because either making good bonuses or high salary base so bonus isn't a big issue to them and that's their business, but more importantly why call anyone subpar? Douche comment buddy.

I’d have to agree on the sub par comment. Be serious, who would come here or stay given almost any other employment option.
