PL will act when he is tipped off. It is obvious why strativa continues to bleed red ink:

That is true but PL will stick with RP as he is a fanatic about "loyalty." I had a friend of mine who worked for his old company Cardinal Health, and PL didn't fire him when sales tanked there. The division had to wait until PL left when Cardinal Health fired RP just as soon as they could. From what I understand from this guy who was one of the top sales people, RP was the demise of the company

PL needs to realize we have too many reps and this feeds the underperformance

RP is not totally at fault but the red ink must end

Sure strativa is charged corporate overhead but that is a poor excuse
