SK Life. Sales Reps

I'm in total disbelief. I had 4 years of Epilepsy experience with performance consistently in the top 20%. Impressive networks and recommendations from the large Epilepsy centers and Epilepsy Society. I was passed on for someone with no Epilepsy experience whom was chosen as a better fit for the team. I really thought this company was committed to doing what is best for patients. Unbelievable. Atleast I was able to give the manager a list of contacts and back door connections into tough to access clinics. I feel completely used!

I got passed from one recruiter to another and never got an interview. Without giving my resume, I had all the experience and success they would want. I figured I got lost in the shuffle due to incompetence. They hired a complete creep that got FIRED from Eisai, GS in the midwest. But, it seems like the sales force build could have been handled much better.

It’s interesting... my hesitation interviewing was that the managers and leaders didn’t have epilepsy or specialty experience. Thru the process I learned this epilepsy drug is just step one in their plan. I think the strategy was to find people that seem to fit regardless of epilepsy or not. It sounds short sighted on the surface but I actually understand the reasoning. I’m sorry you got passed over. It’s always hard to know who you are interviewing against. I had friends also passed over. It was super competitive in some areas.

Did the final panel interviews happen for all territories? In other words.... is hiring complete?
For the most part yes. I’m sure there are some scattered territories still vacant. And they are hiring an “associate” rep per region. Like a back up rep that could take a territory when it opens.

I made it to the final round and reached out to the manager and he said final offers haven’t been made yet. However I know they have. I also agree that it was very unprofessional. Base salary was high though.

Not true and GS has been sent to HQ for breach of non compete .... company getting sued for his poaching of reps from Esai .... mix talent was just gathering all the scoop they could to help this company along

GS got FIRED from Eisai. Doesn't anyone do their homework? Not to mention he's as creepy as they come.

Is GS some director there? why so important? He/she is all we read about here! I heard everyone is out there for approval. I see it did get approval. Another option in that class! Didnt get the call back. Kinda wish i would have
