SK Life. Sales Reps

About 80% of the managers are either former J&J or Takeda alumni. Neither company has any epilepsy experience. Is this a bad sign? And will this be a big pharma mentality company? Seems like no one has any real start up experience. Which is funny because the recruiter and manager asked lots of questions around launching a company as well as a new product. Yet none of them seem to have that experience. Just wondering what the culture might look like.

J&J had Topamax for epilepsy and migraine, so likely people hired do have this experience. If you can successfully sell Topamax for epilepsy, you can sell anything!

So this looks like JnJ, Cempra, Ethicon good ol’boy, big pharma, soul sucking, activity driven, who you know, pc mentality, to me. Don’t really care what the med can or cannot do. If your sales lag at all, the metric piano will be dropped on your head.

And no smartasses, I did not apply after reading the bio’s. Easy decision.

Ugh that is my biggest fear about this company. People always hire what/who they know but this seems excessive!

This mess started when they hired “Magic Mike”, who later “quit”. Never trust anyone with a weak chin and a chinstrap beard. A LOT Of overcompensating going on there. God help the new company.

It’s so telling based on the commentary of other start up boards the level of representatives being hired at SK. While these other start up companies are bickering and bashing each other, fighting over salary amounts, total silence for SK. I’m impressed!
