9 resignations just wishing the last two weeks.
I couldn't agree more with what you said.of course they don't! Just another idiot stirring the pot! Everything here is headed in the right direction. Despite everyone crying the price has not gone up in over a year and a half, most people have stayed, salaries are great, comp plan is not bad, car allowance is not bad, and most customers love our drug. There is no micro management, no call reporting, and we don't have to wear suits to work! Cmon is it really that bad here? Every place has shit to deal with and if you find a perfect place to go to I guarantee that another company will buy it and mess it up. That's the nature of this business. Nothing good lasts long anymore. So stop complaining and go do the job they are paying you to do!!!

Definitely not micromanaged, just do you programs and use the resources.
All companies require that work. No dress clothes especially in pharma! That's enough for me to stay. I agree, all companies have problems. Just go to thier boards and read. Not any different at those places, and some are way worse.
No role playing BS, all other companies make you do, and do video certifications.
Call reporting - we are probably the only company that does not require us to enter bogus calls just to meet call metrics.
I guess your such a douche bag, that you think selling a drug with another company is a great career move. Look fuck face. All drug companies suck. I have worked at the biggest and they are not the best. They are no different then Mallinckrodt. So I don't know where you get your reasoning. I would rather call on anesthia, surgery and pacu anyday. Instead of some other drug with limited call points, or therapeutic area the docs no see. Like oncology, and fuck cardio. Your a dime a dozen in that area too. So go fuck yourself, no one really gives a shit where you work. And why the need to wear scrubs- because you can. You dumb fuck!Enjoy the lack of micromanaging, non call reporting and wearing scrubs to work all while the Mallinckrodt ship and your careers head into the shitter. Only an idiot would want to stay in this shit hole. Oh and the whole wear scrubs to work. Why the fuck does a Tylenol rep that has zero responsibility to go into a sterile field need to wear scrubs?
Saying its great here for those reasons is like saying, hey I'm a lazy fuck that just collects my paycheck and doesn't want to have to put any effort into my daily routine. Enjoy competing for another job when unemployment runs out.
Finally!!! Someone with a positive attitude and a brain!!! Thanks for backing me up!!

because pharmacy rules the hospital. Very few docs have power or care enough to get involved. Physicians don't have as much time to fight our battles as our managers and RBD's think they do. But yes... The drug works!
I have to agree about the comp plan and was disappointed with last quarter's bonus payout. I also agree that I don't think management gets how difficult it really is out there. Maybe other territories are different, but mine is now filled with anger and mistrust. Unfortunately, this is displaced on me and I'm sure a lot of others every single day. I at least hear this from others in my district. I often feel like I wish someone like MM would have to work a typical day in my territory because they don't feel the daily, direct in-your-face heated anger like we do. Facing challenging issues is not the issue and is part of the job, but feeling like a human punching bag gets old.
The company finally admits "we made a mistake" and has even said this to customers yet it feels more like a marketing strategy and insincere. If you make a mistake, don't you then fix it? I know of one account where they made an apology and it just made it worse. They expected a fix after the apology. Why apologize if you're not going to do anything about it? Am I missing something? They won't reduce the price and in fact maybe will be making the final blow decision by increasing the price. One can't even begin to comprehend what sales would look like if they wouldn't have been so greedy. It would have been nice to hear in the regional meetings "we owe all the sales reps an apology" yet this will never happen either.
So you get paid a six figure salary, can't move the dial on OFMV, and want an apology to make the punches your taking feel better?. You are a punching bag because you let your self be a punching bag. look in the mirror and ask your self how effective you really are at your job. Seriously. Are you effective?
