Nobody was complaining about anything, you flipping toolbox! It is a fact that companies in pharma get people this impression that all is good and there is security and that numbers matter, when nothing is further from the truth. And then, you produce, and are still let go because some manager is banging the hot rep that is clueless.

BTW, I would out produce you in any year, any season. YOU can bank on that.

Now, go back to mommy's basement and stay until you can digest this. I kept things simple for you, so there is not much to think about. Bottom line, is that you have not had much adversity because you sell houses and that is a mindless job that smart people don't do.

Well said, I'm so tired of negative people on here. I will admit, this job sometimes questions my worth and often devalues my talents. BUT, it is a job I "accepted" and I get paid "above average salary" to do deliver a simple message and sample. Instead of thinking you're so unfortunate and crying about it, think of all the "real" hard workers that do labor jobs for pennies-it is a good reminder we should be more humble.

I sincerely appreciate where your coming from and agree with your sentiment. However, the last time I checked 55k is barely above average. Considering that most of us are highly experienced and working alongside reps that are making considerably more money, have company cars, smaller territories, opportunities within, and in some sense more job security, it creates resentment. It's human nature to think WTF did I get myself into!

Also, I accepted this job without being told about the restrictions of moving over to UCB. In fact, I was told that the position could turn into full employment with UCB. PTS has a habit of keeping things vauge, and to their advantage. I can't speak for you, but I really get bent when I sense that things are being manipulated.

You are so on the money about PTS. They like to keep things "vague and to their advantage." They are not authentic leaders, they are disingenuous leaders. I always thought that we could not switch contracts no matter what, so I am not sure about the one year waiting period you are talking about. I know someone that tried to jump ship to another contract and was reprimanded.
