Why can't they give us something nice to drive so we don't look like a loser pulling up at doctors offices. I hate this Ford piece of crap.
Previous poster sooooo right. How can anyone complain about the perk of a company car in a time when gas prices are so high! The best part...it is a car that is AMERICAN made and by a company NOT owned by the federal gov. People lost their jobs today so my guess is your dissatisfaction with your FREE ride will get you no sympathy.
gonna get the windows tinted
With the recent downsizing of oncology maybe we will get an upgrade!
Hello people - the company cars are NOT free! Money is taken out of your check each month for your vehicle. The choices were not great. Also, if you upgraded, you were charged a ridiculous, overpriced fee. Don't get me wrong, a company vehicle is a perk, but just like everything else is pharma, the perks are becoming a thing of the past.
Lots less than a car payment, car insurance, gas and maintenance. No one requires you to upgrade so obviously you felt it was a fair price or wouldn't have paid it. Look at what we do and what we get in return and you just can't complain.
to the above post: your sense of entitlement is only exceeded by your stupidity.
I am so sick of hearing how "Thankful" I should be. I worked my ass off to get this job, keep it all these years, and succeed at it. It's amazing how much "Luckier" I get the harder I work. And as far as the company car... it's a disgrace. I am truly amazed how they have continued to cut every part of our compensation (and this is one of them, it's not b/c they like us... it is part of our PAY), yet our management, who don't drive ANYWHERE except to the grocery store, vacation and little league games pull up to meet us in these much better cars. It's truly disgusting!!!
