Any center that has a sales rep is a ticking time bomb. Thats what you get when the company pays 24k. They get what they pay for. A lowlife going from Doctor to Doctor acting like they a a drug rep. Only differences are they are selling oxygen not a drug, they have a salary of 24k not 80k, and they are paid 31 cents per mile and don't have a company car. Must not forget they have paper clinical field records not a iPad

Perhaps that is the kind of person you typically hire. After all lowlifes tend to stick together.

The way I look at it is, yes my salary is low, but I rely on my commissions for the majority of my compensation. I sell a service that many other companies also provide, but i differentiate myself from the competition with clinical expertise, follow up with their patients & the care of that patient, and am fortunate enough to have an excellent RT and great service reps. Good leadership within my center provides the support & insight to continue great growth.

You on the other hand have very low growth & continually complain about & bash your staff. The problems within your center ALL stem from YOU!!! Grow up, take some personal responsibility for your employees and your patients. I can assure you if you spent half the time attempting to better your center as you do coming on this board complaining & bashing others your center would be truly successful. But I highly doubt that will happen because after all you are you. Idiot.

I have two thoughts in regards to the continual posts by this person.

First, based on the lunacy of these posts a imbalanced lonely person is just trolling in the board for the thrill of attempting to get under the skin of board users. If this is the case you may be perhaps the most pathetic worthless life form on the face if the earth.

Second, if you truly are a CM I truly feel for your staff & have even come to pity you. Psychological disorders are a burden for many people and it is obvious that you have some serious disorders. Regardless, your AM should kick you to the curb ASAP. Someone carrying so much hostility and resentment towards other employees will never make even an adequate CM.

Did I strike a nerve sales rep? Maybe instead of coming up with two different thoughts about me you should come up with a thought or two on your career. 24k salary is quite low. I know supervisors at McDonald's with higher salaries and they don't need to go around to doctors trying to be something they are not.

You don't have a clue about my growth because you don't know who I am. I will say that my center has almost tripled our 02 count since I have started.

24k salary today. Unemployment salary tomorrow. What is the unemployment rate reimbursement when your salary is only 24k ? OUCH!!!

Not sure about the crack but her addiction to CafePharma is getting worse by the day. I can't believe this chickee has been posting here for months now and nothing's been done. She's got the biggest mouth in the upper Midwest, not sure how's she's lasted. At least her relatives stopped posting. This is pure entertainment at this point but she just never catches on.
