Should we start getting worried?

It's not about dosing it's about without APAP and ADT

A patent is based off the technology behind the delivery mechanism- unless it is a new molecule. Hydrocodone is not a new molecule. Therefore, the uniqueness of the delivery mechanism is what earns the patent. The two company's drugs are different methods of delivery which would warrant the differences in the studies.

Based on your theory- we should only be driving one brand of car.

Just relax, we will start mid to late Feb. home study and training in March then launch in April.

Wow?!! You guys are putting a lot of faith into a job/drug that "might" happen! Go find something concrete that's legit and has an actual approved product and confirmed hire date...especially if you have families!!! You guys are better than me..........

Wake up call for EVERYONE, nothing in this industry is concrete and legit anymore. And anyone that believes that it is , is a FOOL...

Delays happen all the time, the drug will get approved so everyone enjoy the holidays and get thru Jan and now we don't have to go to Vegas which I see as a positive. See everyone in March!

It has been confirmed. The expansion has been delayed to late Feb. early March. I've been told it Teva is fighting for a stronger label and that it will be worth the wait.

this is why you can't take contingent offers seriously at all whatsoever. I mean absolutely nothing. I can name an endless list examples of people that have given notice etc. and everything else only to find out that the position dissolves because of final approval issues etc. It's even worse when you turn down other Viable positions that you could've accepted in anticipation of this position. It's all a waste of interviewing time and money. These processes for interviewing shouldn't be done until final approval is complete.

Who would be stupid enough to give a notice with only a contingent offer?

Who would be stupid enough to give a notice with only a contingent offer?

It's not a matter of giving notice with a contingent offer( which is idiotic) , the bigger problem is candidates like myself turning other opportunities down waiting for this to formulate, only to be making decisions based on a bullshit timeline from hiring managers that are not open and completely honest about things. I turned down a very good offer from another company and it timed out now with someone else being hired because I was pushing it off so long. Only to find out this current news. Lesson learned!
