Should we start getting worried?

The worst case is it isn't approved and Purdue kills your launch!

Teva will eat Purdue's lunch once approval happens! Purdue is floundering. New management has ruined the company. They let go a lot of seasoned reps with great relationships in the pain space and their management doesn't understand or know how to adapt to the pain market. Managed care companies, KOL's and many doctors hate Purdue and will jump on board with any other pain company if given the chance! Not discounting that Purdue could be paying off the FDA to delay Teva product.

My feeling is everything is going to get pushed back they may wait and bring everyone on after national meeting in Feb.

If they expect approval to happen they need to bring people on and not wait until after their national meeting. Otherwise People are going to take other jobs and they will be back to square one with their hiring process.

I'm just ready to get to work and start making some money and win some trips. I'm not worried about a qd opiate pain med. Most pain specialist hate oral qd pain meds.

Why isn't the FDA giving it approval and then letting Purdue and Teva hammer it out through litigation. The FDA isn't supposed to have anything to do with anything except approval or denial?

Incorrect. FDA can give contigent approval. If they give approval to TEVA then TEVA can market. If they've infringed on Purdue that's not fair to take that business and a pain to recoup. FDA gave contingent approval for Collegiums new drug but must wait for full approval to market. Big concern that Ventrella has not received any approval 6 weeks after planned PDUFA. Sorry for bad news.

You are misinformed and have no idea what you are talking about, there have been multiple products that got approval this year several weeks or months after PDUFA do some research
