First, if a class action were in the works it would be announced, so you've "heard" nothing. This sort of post suggests to our lousy leaders that everything on CP is posted by infants. What is true is that Shire has at least one activist shareholder with a good chunk of stock. If there is any hope of change it comes from an actual businessman/activist, as opposed to FO, who wants a CEO and Board who actually know how run a Pharma company and see the deteriorating stock price and numbers as something a competent leadership could correct.

Please implement a workforce reduction immediately in the OBU and NBU divisions. They continue to be a heavy burden on stockholders interests. We will be contacting specific hedge fund managers to move funds to a more stable and return oriented organization. Shareholders whose own fund managers exercise votes are well aware that you are breaching the corporate governance code.

Its time to start a Class Action Suit, if there isn't a 30% Sales Force reduction within the next six months.
