Fesenius knows everything, they are waiting to hear the Kaboom! They are not spending the kind of money that they are on Stupid attorneys and every kind of consultant that you can think of.
Besides, this site gives them some pretty good clues. But i do realize that you will say, "everything is stupid and they took care of all their issues"

You will see that many physician offices have quit due to poor service or they were acquired by the hospital or they retired.You realize you have a bunch of clever people on payroll including the management team.They have been bringing their accounts to other labs knowing this game is over and they want to get their book of business started at the new location

It is ridiculous to think so. Think about it, why would a major corporation buy when due diligence would never pass.

Besides, they would need to fire almost every sales rep, if so, what are they buying?

Do not discriminate since every one will lie til the end.Eventually they like all the rest will tell the truth.Hopefully Quest ,Labcorp or the other European company will do their due diligence.
