I do not get how everyone is okay with the current situation?

I worry everyday if this is temporary? Why would I have a job and no worries when Quest has current service and Sales reps. They can let me go at anytime since it is not a union job. I need to get active in the search. The 2 year contract? WHY? The legal issue went away and we KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT?
I do not trust anything being said. All Liar's

I agree we are all in trouble. We all have some issue's to deal with eventually
 



What I do know is that you are all mad.
All Sad
All stressed
And all fucked.
All your accounts are going to get hit by many labs.

And that is the least of it, keep living in a dream world
Some of you have the ability to question situations

Correct, you will be paid your retention $$ and in return you are Quest property - life will never be the same the day you become a Quest employee - BOOM l.

You will integrate your clients and then be separated from them shortly thereafter when your Quest counterpart takes over - BOOM ll.

Now you will have a territory, budget and micro managing boss who expects you to transform to the corporate way of life - BOOM lll.

The daily grind of having to try and deal with the Quest blowhards that surround you will make you a miserable person, just getting out of the house in the morning will be difficult knowing all you have to do is try and sell using the Quest way of doing business - BOOM lV.

When you receive you final incentive $$ and the check clears, have your resignation notice ready and get the heck out - RELIEF!

After thinking about this for awhile something came over me; What is an Asshole?
An Asshole is when and only when, someone systematically allows himself to enjoy special advantages in interpersonal relations out of an entrenched sense of entitlement that immunizes him against the complaints of other people.

There are many different kinds of Assholes, let us discuss the Moral Asshole. The Moral Asshole is fundamentally different from a psychopath,who either lacks or fails to engage in moral concepts. but sees people as so many objects in the world, to be manipulated at will. This type of Asshole feels justified in enjoying special advantages from relations with people. In other words this asshole given his sense of special standing, he claims advantages that he thinks no one can reasonably deny him. He is resentful when he feels his rights are not respected, in much the same way a normal sociable person might feel.

Next is the Smug Asshole; This is an Asshole who is comfortable in his sense that others are inferior, and indeed presumes that others should well expect him to behave in a superior sense.

The Asshole Boss; This is probably one of the most overused statements about Assholes. This is a person who never has to say they are sorry, and regularly informing people who the boss is, and always barking orders. We probably all know at least one of these types of Assholes.

How about the Corporate Asshole; The Asshole in power, is shaped by his position. Assholes may wind up in power, not because Assholes are prone to seek it out, but because the position induces a sense of entitlement. It is also said "that power corrupts", which then brings out your Inner Asshole. This is when you have no capacity for empathy and understanding. Which then unravels into the rationalization of ever widening self privileges. It is clear that this breed of Asshole then feels a firm sense that "I"m the Man" whether at the office, post office, or baseball field.

Reckless Asshole; Some Assholes will only go so far, other go a long way in the direction of a psychopath in terms of their abandoning of moral concern. A Reckless Asshole is over confident, worry free, and takes undo risks in the face of moral cause.

Now all these different types of Assholes have one thing in common, the sense of entitlement, or me, me, me. Just imagine for a moment, take a deep breadth with a long pause and think, Is it possible to have an individual with the ability to have the traits of all these different Assholes?

What is sad, the answer is Yes.
