she didn’t do crap for Lantau except ride it down. She was the last one standing with the right credentials (v) to be elevated.

This is the problem when small companies hire big Pharma people based on titles. Most have never built anything. They have simply gone along for the ride on a big brand.
 


















Generic Balcoltra, Dhivy an absolute joke, and hanging everything on cenestin which failed miserably the last time it was on the market which is more than a f*****g decade ago. Leadership that has laid off twice and down to about 50 reps and a hiring freeze.if that’s not amazing leadership from your hand picked Shannon I can’t imagine what is! She keeps failing up - at this rate she’ll be President in no time!

Art got very lucky with having no competition at all for NP thyroid for years and then got lucky having the only source of an in demand generic product. But I’d say that luck has run out and then some. Should have sold when you had the chance Art! Then all that worthless “stock” and “ownership” we had might have actually been worth something
 






We are in such great hands. Remember how well Little Miss Shannon and her pals handled generics at Sanofi? Yeah, they didn’t and Novo was already well on their way to caving their heads in when their gravy train ended because their gross to net blew up due to years and years of deep discounts. Fact is, it was their discounts that kept that train rolling. They had awful marketing know how or talent and their sales teams were bloated, lazy and unskilled, just like their Marketers
 






If one person ever embodied utter and complete incompetence and failure it’s Shannon. You have destroyed this company in record time! Congrats! Can’t wait to see what you do for an encore! How many more layoffs genius?! You should go for the record! That’s the only thing you’d ever be good at in this business

This company is garbage. ShannonF has no clue what she's doing. We've had now 2 downsizings. What company do you know that survives after so many RIF's in a year? I'm waiting on two new job offers. This place a complete shit show with no leadership. Even my boss is looking and encouraging all of us on our team to get out.

Yep - that’s what happens when you don’t plan ahead for generics coming out and have no products in the pipeline. And when you spend crazy money on promoting a neuro product that no docs wanted or needed in the first place.

Cenestin was supposedly coming out 3 years ago and nothing has come out since besides Divigel, which of course almost immediately went generic too. Ridiculous not to have a plan for this. That’s what we’ve come to expect from this “leadership” shit show from the I am woman hear me roar Shannon.

if you still trust these people to keep this ship from sinking and not be actively looking for a lifeboat then that is totally on you. They’ve given you two years worth of obvious warnings
 






Don't just leave this dumpster fire of a company, RUN LIKE HELL to get out as soon as possible. The sooner you get out the better. Staying at this company too long will hurt your resume because too many people in the our business know this is a shit company.

These people are dumbasses, they have no idea what they are doing. I will be resigning soon hope the good sales people left are looking to get out of here fast. What a mess this company is, plus they don't care about us at all.
