Shame on you Exact and HR. You have continued to allow CS to create a toxic and unhealthy environment…and you turn a blind eye. The entire market watches as she continues to destroy the entire culture…the market watches as our top talent either leaves, gets tormented, or is trying to leave (not bc of the business, goals, or job itself…because of this one person), the market watches as she hides in the back of the room and never leads from the front during meetings or team calls, the markets watches as she creates anxiety and chaos.
This is a person who can’t lead, can’t strategize, can’t motivate, can’t effectively communicate, and can’t inspire…and creates a toxic environment across the board.
We love this company, we love the mission, we love our jobs…people don’t want to leave! But there is no choice as long as CS is allowed to continue to do all things mentioned.
Everyone sees it, everyone feels it, everyone expressed their thoughts in the Gallup. And we know you see it too…and yet nothing is done. This one person is destroying an entire market…shame on you Exact!
What you all are experiencing happened in Dallas last year when Frank Pinto came on the scene. The majority of the good reps left and Pinto still remains. The only thing he got right was to demote a bad manager. Exact will keep Christine so you better get used to it.
It’s unbelievable how many great people have left or are still trying to leave in the Detroit market because of just a few terrible people. And it sounds like the same happened in Dallas. And all the company says is “ok let people leave that want to leave”. In what reasonable world do you want to let or watch your good people leave? They don’t want to leave and they love their job. And they are really great at their job! Dont you understand that part? This makes absolutely no business sense to defend CS any longer. Look at the track record from the last year and the true talent in this market that is no longer here, or who have been negatively impacted. You can say it is just because of change and disruption all you want. But no it is not! People flat out just can’t work in this toxic environment. Wake up Exact. These are not smart business decisions. Swallow your pride and admit a change needs to happen. Everyone can see it. Do the right thing for those that are still here

Just because someone you liked left doesn’t mean the sky’s falling. There’s over saturation in the sales force it’s really that simple
These responses are hilarious, completely trying to smoke screen the entire context behind the first persons post. Nice try
Reps, mangers and regional managers are LESS than a dime a dozen. That’s why there are so many morons. Anyone with a pulse can do these jobs. We are not special, if anything we are infinitely replaceable.
If you want to work with and for highly skilled, emotionally intelligent, competent, competitive people get out of lab/pharma sales.

Best option may be to move on. Jim and Everett brought her in so we have a better chance of seeing Santa than them actually demonstrating leadership. HR is pretty much clueless. They are more concerned about pronouns.
