Im sorry to hear about your year. Maybe try asking HR if there has been any decision made on severance. Typically it’s been 2 weeks for every year min 8 weeks and there is a max but I forget what that is. But starting when? Idk but email said 1/1/21 people would be in place so hopefully keep people on until the end of the year?

COBRA is expensive. It's a law, it's not based on the generosity of NNI.

Cobra is not a benefit - it’s extremely expensive. Much better to look at other outside plans on your own. Just lost my pharma job a month ago, so I can relate.
