Look, the company has its priorities and we are not on that list. That’s unfortunately the facts.
I’m disgusted BMS isn’t keeping field sales on payroll for a few months. Even AZ, a company I deplore, had given employees a few months. Executives cashed out millions in stock the past few months and receivei a hefty salary. What a bunch of assholes!
Severed headquarter employees were treated superior to the field with 90days on payroll before their severance kicks in. Field only gets 2 weeks. 2 weeks!! Why such a difference? I thought you said we were all BMS? It is truly IMPOSSIBLE to do go through the 3-4 interviews in 2 weeks. Plus we have people on vacation and out of the country that will have no chance at all. What happened to fairness and equality? Clearly you were hoping we would not find out. Our senior leadership is dishonest and deplorable, you are leaders in NAME only.
You need to read, 90 days is a New Jersey mandate, not BMS. Y’all need to stop blaming all the time.

In all seriousness, we are all linked to headquarters in the field. That is why they gave all the Orencia field the 90 days too.
Obviously they found some cheap and shady loophole this time because our incompetent leadership have to lie and cheat because they have to hide their are running our company into the ground
