severance approved?!?

PTO: yes, we get paid for any PTO that as been accrued and not yet used. Again, the total severance you are getting was in the severance agreement we initialed and sent back. That is before taxes but includes all deductions like car and benefits. Divide that by the number of pay weeks you get and Thst's your before tax pay.
 






while the severance was approved for employees who were laid off, is it approved for the kept employees? I show a docket that says a court hearing is slated for Nov. 27. just curious...if anyone else heard anything.
 






i was laid off in sept, and am surprised to see you ask this question....Why do you ask about severance now? are there more layoffs coming? i thought the company was committed to staying around because of gynazole - atleast for the next 6 months...

Sorry to hear you were let go in September and I hope you found something and at least can get double pay for a bit or did. For those that may have been laid off recently if that was the case, good luck to you. I know this is a terrible time to find a job and with the holidays around the corner. I thought the company was trying to rebuild with certain products and I read on here somewhere they were going to bring back the vitamins. I know this board can't be fact but it often does have factual information.
