One of the top reps has three drs in their territory that were lead investigators for the drug, as well as KOL's. You don't need to sell anything to people that have been a part of the drug since it's birth.
The numbers/ results have nothing to do with the rep. The drs were already educated on the product.

Well I am at the top of my bucket, and I have 3 speakers so I guess your talking about me. I work my a$$ off. If you take a look at how many prescribers I have that have written and you take a look at my call average you can see my numbers are all about the rep. Maybe you should spend more time calling on doctors and less time complaining. Take responsibility for your territory, don't point a finger at someone for you not being successful.
