If your husband is a dermatologist (probably the best specialty beside plastic surg to work in cause of elective procedures i.e. cash payment vs copays) then why the hell are you working for Watson? Most dermatologists earn between $500k and $1.5m annually based on logisitics. NYC, LA, MIA, DFW derms, for example, earn a lot more than than those in Topeka, Boise, and Duluth.
 


















Dont know if they still give you guys options or not. I worked at WPI for a few years and earned over 9K options thru grants and sales performance. I exercised them last week. They were awarded between 20 -25 dollars in different incraments. Thanks to your salesforce, I made a sweet chunk of change! Well over 6 figures. Thanks for your hard work. I will drink a margarita for your efforts at my paid for beach home this weekend! Keep up the work and hope the stock splits again!

If they spent as much time being resources and bringing anything positive to the table instead of living on these boards Watson would be much better off. Granted we have horrible products that the docs don't really want but at least management should make every effort to support the field sales force on a daily basis. Why not consider Double Dipping? It will lessen your anger at Watson, and you will take things more in "stride". Generally, you will worry less about issues here!

Since those options had a 3 year time limit you must have been a relatively recent employee. Or else you are full of crap. Sounds like the latter. In your case that would be excrement, not "incrament."
