Here is a question...What percent of the sales force would quit in the first month of the economy was better? I would say 75%.

The powers that be think if the dumb sheep of America are told enough that things are getting better, we will begin to believe it. THINGS ARE NOT GETTING BETTER! We are stuck, but for now we have a job. Everyone I know is looking, but no one I know is finding a new job. Pretty scary.

There is NO such thing as an "industry standard". You should count on 2 weeks per year, and feel lucky if you get anything higher. Remember that the company doesnt owe you anything! Severance is not a right!

What!?!?! All that bragging about great benefits and how well we are compensated. Believe me I have heard of many pharmaceutical reps receiving a nice severance package. I guess I don't feel bad for giving a crap about my job. I am not alone. Thanks for the memories.
