So Pfizer pays the Seagen representatives retention bonuses!!!! What about us loyal Pfizer sales representatives?? Their salaries are better, vacation time, bonuses, and now a retention bonus???

There is a reason that SeaGen never had to use recruiters to fill positions. Everyone wanted to work there.
Pfizer knows that most of them wouldn’t be here by choice and have likely already been looking for jobs the second that bonus check clears.
 




yes, its a rough life you poor Pfizer saps...first we made a fortune on RSU buyouts from the acquisition, now they are paying us a premium to stick around for a while...

Wait until you hear about our car allowance! But don’t get too upset, the terrible health insurance we have now as compared to what we had before levels the field just a bit. So does losing the July 4 and Christmas shut downs we had.

can you share what has changed most? Did Pfizer allow extra vacation to make up for loss of shut downs? That is a hard one to lose.

Most will be gone as soon as they can find another gig. NO ONE in their right mind would stay at Pfizer. Always been the scourge of the industry and still living up to that reputation. Mindless robots who do whatever they're told. Many good people but they are soon beat into submission or find the exits. Lifers are proud of their loyalty aka lack of ambition/vision. And don't forget the constant threat of paranoid compliance. Everyone scared for their jobs. Leave this evil company ASAP.
