you need to get passed the fact that friends like to visit with each other at meetings- what do you think is happening that is so wrong? Secrets being told, plans being disclosed....oooh. Meetings are busy and guys and girls like to just unwind and catch up. Move on!

If a manager is reading this they are taking the high road in not identifying the people that are likely writing this stuff. It is pretty easy to tell.... If you have an issue with someone, the best way to work it out is to call them up and talk through it. No need to be disrespectful here. Women don't get fired. It is a business decision based on the fact that legal believes that the business they are losing doesn't compensate for the losses from law suits. They do protect each other as well. Their vaginal allegiances are stronger than any even common sense. How many men get promoted or hired. Moody discriminatory people are running middle management since the guys above them are safe so long as they keep their diversity numbers up to quota.
