In all my years I have never interacted on this site. I was told what was being said and i just couldn’t believe it until I read it myself. I am making a stand. The Reps know and stand with Sara. Why? Because she actually cares about us as people and our success. Can’t say the same for any manager or head of sales I’ve had here. When did cafe Pharma turn into a place where those who lack talent gather to bash the one person that helps us? Are you all that threatened that an entire thread was created to bully the one good resource we have in her? Sara if you read the trash written please know so many of us do support you. We want to see and hear more from you. Your energy restores our hope and motivation that many of us lost some time ago. My heart hurts for you. You deserve better than this place. We all do.

My question to all you Sara haters out there, when has it even been the trainers fault at any company that the reps are underperforming? Many of you old timer reps have been in the industry for 30+ years and came to tris at the twilight of your career to milk out a shit paying job with an even worse product that nobody cares about. Look yourselves in the mirror before bashing a trainer that you have interacted with a handful of times. Maybe be better at your job and you’ll hit your numbers. Maybe there’s a reason you’re willing to take a miserable salary with a crap product? Nobody else will hire you!!! Grow up and get to work.

she won’t even take my call anymore without asking my manager for permission first. She copies my manager replying to emails I sent to just her. All because of the lies people like you are spreading. We need help and want to be heard. She was trying to do that for us so the company is successful. People like you took that from us by silencing her with your mean lies.Shame on you for implying she is posting. Shame on all of you. If anyone can reach her tell her what’s being said. You think the reps are underperforming? The reps are over-performing in a pandemic DESPITE Tris sabotaging everything along the way. This company isn’t hurting for cash, it’s hurting for integrity.

Absolutely. The integrity here is non existent at the top. My experience here has been disturbing to say the least. I will leave it there as I have to at this point
