all the ordinary reps should go look for a job. its the smart thing to do.

as for me, i'm kind of a big deal. untouchable. God's gift to pharmaceutical sales.

bj (see above) is very well intentioned, but has no fucking clue what he's up against because he doesn't read between the lines. therefore, he'll never truly understand the market or what it will take to motivate the sales force. instead, he's busy looking at some random number with a percentage higher than 25% generated from rolling 8 week data and leading his staff to slaughter by telling us to focus haplessly on that business.

i understand my task, my territory and my challenge. that's why i'll work three days every other week and finish in the top 30%. i'm not even going to "start my own business". i'm just going to play video games.
