Same as a year ago less money for well below average talent in 99% of the country and the home office, as the revenue figures demonstrate. Come aboard we have some of the most incapable people this industry has to offer.

It’s a good product with some advantages to sell and can be sold by talented sales pros. Unfortunately launching during a pandemic sucks and is going to impact uptake. If the company is in it for the long run they will show some patience. However, by the number of almost daily postings for openings it looks like people are being shown the door. Not a great way to build a reputation as a great place to work.

Run. I understand cafepharma is full of negative threads, but we are still in the first 6 months of launch at a startup. There should be at least some positive, but you will find none. It doesn’t get better from here, culture is already toxic unless they are going to do a full rebuild.
