Central Region commercial leadership all stinks. A bunch of duds. And turnover. Leadership is an oxymoron. MC in access is good.
Anyone considering working in DSI oncology let this thread demonstrate the chauvinistic west coast pigs treatment of women at this organization. An example of old school pharma judging women by their looks, insulting each other, patting each other on the back for their undeserved promotions the OG crew gives each other. An irrelevant oncology company with one successful product. Leadership is bonded over their last 10-15 years surviving failed drugs and numerous rounds of layoffs together at Daiichi. A good ole boy network. AZ does all the heavy lifting. Dead end
RunSaying the Sang is a “real” person is hilarious. Constantly stabs people in the back. Only promotes the people who kiss his ass. Constantly lies about shit to seem cool and relatable. By far the fakest leader I’ve worked for. I was relieved when he was promoted out of supportive care until we got drunk ass Sisco to take over for him. The “leadership” at this company is in title only. Completely embarrassing.
Daiichi is full of scum. Men ripping on women and commenting on their looks and body. Bunch of old school pigs in charge.
Couldn't agree more. They would kill it in the used car sales world, how these people survive and maneuver in Pharma is a mystery.Been gone from DSI a number of years now, but laughing at the truth here. This company as a whole is just a toxic back stabbing den of thieves. This was the worst company I ever worked for by far.
