People need to stop bad mouthing Sanchez. He is the only manager at Bio reference. That gives a shit about what's going on and helping his people . Yes he was hired to be the Spanish sales manager and right from day one he was put in a bad situation.Trying to sell against the clinical sales force and other clinical labs.
 


































































The problem I have is with the new leaders looking to turn this company around and may I use the word, legitimize us. Or maybe it's Chuck trying to play the corporate game. These ex Quest guys are not going good to bare any fruit. It is incredible to even think that. All these Quest type of people are buffoons! Does Frost or Henderson think they have a shot at growing this over hyped company? I say they have problems much greater then to worry about bringing in new work!

Most of the former Quest sales folks there are Quest rejects in one form or another. Only good one is Montgomery...he was not at Quest all that long.
 






none for them have had any real success. but, neither have many others. we all know that it was not a level playing field. I didn't play by the rules either. no one who had any real success played by the rules. so I ask, what could these big box retreats do? The answer is a big nothing. some of us have forgotten what these failures have not learned yet.
 












Chuck is probably the smartest person in the lab industry. Just-look at the complete zerosthat are part of his management team.He at least has a proven track record.certainly can't say that about Connor and Sanchez
