Primary care geography's w/ Pfizer in the bay area are quite small. Oakland may be Berkeley/Oak/San Leandro to Walnut Creek. San Jose territory may be part of San Jose and may go to a few of the surrounding cities, but not too far.
There are 2 different managers for Oak & SJ, I haven't heard terrible things about either, so it would be manageable. The sucky thing is that a poor contract rep gets paid far less to do the same job as all the Pfizer reps...but it's a sweet job when every year there are less and less pharma reps.
