You basically just describe an utter nightmare and waste of time. Do you not see the manure like process here? I would not even bother with it if i was you, you are much better off getting in front of a DM from a realistic organization that has the spirit, authority and tenure to hire at a face to face and if necessary push the best candidate to a Area or Regional with a day or two of the first interview. IF you are that pathetic to do web sheb cams, phone screens and then 3 1.5 hr interview with 3 different talking heads and submitting personal and company confidential sales data to complete strangers who have no intention of offering you a position but are interested in filling an "interview quota" than you deserve what you get.....shit in shit out....this process and company is unrealistic for talented reps with value, nobody I know of would have any interest to submitting to that culture and process.....so not worth it..... qualify the requests and shuffling of interviews before you jump in with two feet, move on bro.


best advice i have read on here in quite some time. nobody should be that raw and green to submit to that kind of circus interview process....not if you have certified exp. in this space.
 






it seems odd that people are so angry just to say this process is lame. what the angry posters are neglecting to say is they applied but didnt get far in the process and therefore their defensive response is to say it's a stupid process.

I have to agree with the post above. The process seems fair and in line with what other companies are doing. They are looking for the best of the best, those who can back up what they say with evidence. I am going to take a guess, if you are complaining about sharing "confidential" information, you don't have the evidence. I have proof of my success and I am happy to share it with each person I interview with! I am heading to the face to face interviews next week and am very excited about this opportunity.

I completely agree. I've been to a couple interviews and they are similar in process. Get over it. If you hate the process, don't interview. No one is making you do what you don't want to do. Or just go to the interview with no proof of your success. Maybe you'll get lucky and get the job?
 






I am curious...Are most of you that are posting have at least 2 years of hospital experience? I don't understand why first round was a flop...I have seen this position in my area repost several times over the last several months??? There have also been many of layoffs, I would think it would be easy to pick up a candidate, What are they looking for????

I got a call on SAT leaving this WED for an interview on TH in Dallas.................No web interviews or anything else first....I am in the West
