You basically just describe an utter nightmare and waste of time. Do you not see the manure like process here? I would not even bother with it if i was you, you are much better off getting in front of a DM from a realistic organization that has the spirit, authority and tenure to hire at a face to face and if necessary push the best candidate to a Area or Regional with a day or two of the first interview. IF you are that pathetic to do web sheb cams, phone screens and then 3 1.5 hr interview with 3 different talking heads and submitting personal and company confidential sales data to complete strangers who have no intention of offering you a position but are interested in filling an "interview quota" than you deserve what you get.....shit in shit out....this process and company is unrealistic for talented reps with value, nobody I know of would have any interest to submitting to that culture and process.....so not worth it..... qualify the requests and shuffling of interviews before you jump in with two feet, move on bro.
best advice i have read on here in quite some time. nobody should be that raw and green to submit to that kind of circus interview process....not if you have certified exp. in this space.
