Current rep here. They did say on a recent ccall that they wanted "true" hospital experience. I'd still try even if you don't though. You never know about the other reps interviewing & what local DM is looking for. Best of luck to you all.
 










































about 5 questions pop p on the screen one at a time with a timed max of about 2 minutes per while you smile and talk to your computer. no redo and no starting over. Once you hit start u read and question while the clock ticks down. tell me a time something didnt go your way, difficult customer and u did what, if given the choice and in their prime do you pick Locklear or Anderson. Dont freeze. Locklear or Anderson. Answer the question!!

Any light on what is still open and what is filled? 50% filled already? 60% estimate to the best of your knoweldge. I have hospital,cario, neph etc . I applied for hosp and neuroscience because i also have psych and injectable experience. 1 phone interview for neuroscience 2 weeks ago. She said she was defintely sending up to executive recruiter heard nothing yet. I also applie for Hosp position , not even a call. Thinking mabe they already filled
 






I did the webcam and am supposed to head to Dallas? For interviews the week of June 18. I hear you do three rounds of 1.5 hour interviews with two dbm's each time. I was told to have 6 copies of my brag book bound to leave with the managers. Seems rather excessive to me, doesn't it to all of you? Are you all comfortable leaving confidential info with them? I'm not sure I am.

You basically just describe an utter nightmare and waste of time. Do you not see the manure like process here? I would not even bother with it if i was you, you are much better off getting in front of a DM from a realistic organization that has the spirit, authority and tenure to hire at a face to face and if necessary push the best candidate to a Area or Regional with a day or two of the first interview. IF you are that pathetic to do web sheb cams, phone screens and then 3 1.5 hr interview with 3 different talking heads and submitting personal and company confidential sales data to complete strangers who have no intention of offering you a position but are interested in filling an "interview quota" than you deserve what you get.....shit in shit out....this process and company is unrealistic for talented reps with value, nobody I know of would have any interest to submitting to that culture and process.....so not worth it..... qualify the requests and shuffling of interviews before you jump in with two feet, move on bro.
 






I agree...sounds completely totally and utterly ridiculous. If the DM does not have the authority to make a hire in pretty quick speed and you have to go through that ringling bros. circus...do you really want to work for that company?
 






could be 3 1.5 hr interview but most likely one 1.5 with two dsms at once and if they like you you will be sent for a 20 minute wit rsd and get offer 24 hrs later. is that fast enough. the brag book request is to let you kno they are serious and will try to complete the ptocess quickly so have everythere you need there to keep the process going
web cam and phone screen with the third party ws silly but thy have used this format for yrs. dont go if you want im sure lilly pfizer az merck, bms, abbott, novartis etc will be hiring soon

I agree also-STAY AWAY- you can tell what type of company this is by their interview process. Who needs that bullshit in their life. This is the USA not fucking Japan-go do shit your way somewhere else.
