At least I leave my house for work. My SAM leaves only for yoga and my SD does crap about it. He’s a complete windbag. Someone from HQ should do an efficiency project. KC, you would be a hero!!!

Survey 100 representatives at the NSM and I’m willing to bet my poultry bonus 99% will agree, SAMs are literally stealing from this company. Drop kids off, yoga, call a few reps, tell my manager fake things I’m working on, pick up kids at school, homework, rinse and repeat. I’m sure I missed a few things

This work ethic happens at every level in this company. Why The Morons of Madison allow it to happen is the mystery. Stop paying outside consultants that tell you what you want to hear people. Small group of us could identify areas for better efficiency, save a ton of money and perhaps pay out a portion of the savings in bonus so we can all be rewarded. I like the product and don’t appreciate the blame every time sales slump.

Our SD is all over the SAMs knowing that they are the ones who impact business. We could slash 50% of reps and have the same outcome. MDL is the best role in the company.

When has this company ever done the "right thing" what's even the point of starting this thread? You know the answer is no - Kevin is only concerned about his own bottom line, and the revolving door of misfit toys in senior leadership know the fastest way to the exit is making waves. You'll have more luck leaving and going somewhere else like most normal people have done over the last few years
