I would love to see it! I’d also like to see them get chewed out about our Hub and see them answer why “your FRM never calls back.” Feel the heat for a couple days while doing a Starbucks run to an office that hasn’t written but wants a free latte. An MA told me Abbvie rep said “let Iluyma rep run to get your coffee because they have nothing else to do.” Yes, please deal with that embarrassment home office!

Sometimes you get what you ask for. Starting Monday, maybe all Ilumya TMs should get visit rides on a weekly basis. While the home office A sales people can button up their selling chops, you can deal with visitors in your car from 9-5. You will then have to cancel your yoga class at 10 AM and picking up the kids at 3 PM. Maybe work on Friday? Also, the messaging will have to be substantive than shoes and baby pictures. You may even have to read your sales materials for the first time.
